Successfully managed 40-70 open requisitions monthly, consistently meeting hiring metrics and time-to-fill targets for a variety of medical positions at Ascension Mid Michigan hospitals, including RNs, Certified Nursing Assistants, Registered Respiratory Therapists, Sonographers, Radiographers, CT Techs, and Lab professionals.
