Yoga, Hiking, Theater

Studying yoga for 20+ years shifted my perspective of self, allowing me to let go and keep stretching with acceptance of self and others.

Cherokee Park and Red River Gorge became sanctuaries of outdoor wonder, always inviting another look at our world- hiking reminds me how rewording a challenge can be.

An avid reader and lover of theatre in all its aspects; what a gift, to make believe and occupy new worlds. My favorite is Tennessee Williams, my dog's namesake.
