Serves as the director of the center and is ultimately responsible for for all patient care and business decisions. This includes keeping the organization on track for its long term goals and mission; provides leadership to each clinical, managerial, and custodial team and ensures that they work together effectively, hires (and fires) staff; ensures the center operates in compliance with local, state and federal guidelines; and acts as the 'face' of the organization to the corporate executive team, the public, resident and patient families and healthcare systems and providers.

Belpre Landing Nursing and Rehabilitation Accomplishments:

The following activity resulted in year-over-year revenue growth of 130% and a year-over-year increase in contribution margin of 171%.

• Added 11 skilled nursing units with the successful conversion of the assisted living units to skilled nursing units
• Developed a respiratory program with focus on NIV and Ventilator patients that generated 3.4 million in revenue in 2024
• Lessened census and quality mix erosion risk created buy a new 70 bed competitor less than 1 mile from Belpre Landing by strengthening our presence and relationship with community hospital health systems
• Developed a discharge management program that lessened the Patient/Family insist discharges leading to increased patient outcome and satisfaction and length of stay

As National Director, Post-Acute Patient Access, the mission was to standardize the selection and admission practice of 172 centers using a central intake process and 8 teams across the 17 states where we operated. As a division director, with oversight of up to 72 centers, or region manager with 12-14 centers, served in a leadership role to hire, coach and develop center sales and regional staff to improve market position with community and major health systems.

• Consistently improved year over year inquiry volume, admissions, total occupancy and quality mix, sales calls and total revenue which were key contributions to the success of the region/division/company
• Our division pioneered a post-acute patient access model (central intake). This model became the standard of practice company-wide.
