Summary

I have been working at the laboratory for almost 18 years now, and I am currently working alone on the graveyard shift for many years now. Working by myself, I had learned to work independently, and I was able to learn how to manage my time and know how to prioritize tests. I am an employee with a desire to take on new challenges, a strong work ethic, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in an unsupervised environment. I am able to learn easily and perform new skills in a short time. I would love to share my experience and mentor others on how to become successful as a phlebotomist.
