  • Providing in person training/programming/meet handling for several multi-sport athletes of all ages, specializing, in the sport of Powerlifting.
  • Design and implement individualized exercise plans tailored to the needs and goals of each client, which I update weekly depending on individual's goals, schedules, and recovery rates, resulting in multiple State/National/World Records to be broken across several federations in multiple ages and weight classes.
  • Created a system of leverage assessments on the big three lifts (squat, bench and deadlift) to find the most efficient angles for lifting maximum weight safely.
    Enforce strength and flexibility exercises to help prevent new, and recover old injuries.
  • Forged a team-style training environment for my powerlifting team of all ages, with requirements.

    • Served as Squad Leader for a 12-man military police squad, trained and deployed with them, and safely brought them home after several successful missions.
    • Served as Patrol Supervisor of a 10-15 man shift when under Garrison command on Fort Leonard Wood and ensured the safety of of the military and civilian residents of over 140,000 residents.
    • Ensured the physical fitness and readiness of my 12- man patrol at all times.
    • Performed as personal security escort for high-profile visitors both home and abroad. Special Detail example; D-Day 60 year Anniversary in Normandy with President Bush, Fmr. in attendance security escort, First Lady Michelle Obama and Joe Biden visits Fort Leonard Wood security escort, Certain Dignitaries while in Iraq personal and convoy security.

  • Provided tactical communications support in theater as an E3/Private First Class to an Engineer Brigade of 5 Companies of over 200 personnel a unit. Was responsible for over 2.5 Million dollars of Government Telecommunications and Tactical Equipment.

  • Achieved 12 State and National Records in Raw Powerlifting.
  • Within the first two years of Equipped Powerlifting, achieved 6 World Records and 8 National Records in several federations.
  • Ranked #7 All Ages, All Weight Classes by Glossbrenner formula, First Year in 2021 and invited to compete at the WPO. Currently ranked #5.
