• In Art Therapy, the implementation of art-making is a form of psychotherapy to help clients improve their emotional, cognitive, and physical well-being through a variety of exercises that involves the use of different forms of media such as painting, drawing, sculpture, collage, reading and singing to help clients express their emotions, process traumatic experiences, reduce stress, and increase self-awareness. The therapeutic approach may vary depending on the age and/or the needs of the client.
