• Directed frame-to-finish carpentry scope across multiple concurrent renovation projects, including additions and historical restoration, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring code compliance.
• Responsible for vetting, employing, and scheduling subcontractors: Plumbers, Electricians, Masons, Sheetrockers to work in tandem for timely completion of all contracted jobs.
• Spent Fall 2022-Summer 2023 contracted with Dave Cooley Construction working on Strawbery Banke Museum in Portsmouth, NH learning historical restoration

For my time at 50 Local, I performed all required duties as a Restaurant Manager, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and leading a high-performing team. I joined a partnership with our Chef and the restaurant owner to open The Elective- a corporate and private event space. I have done extensive research in the world of liquor and spirits for both menu writing and for cocktail classes that I have taught for the past 6 years. Over the course of this time, I have created themed classes covering more than 15 focused topics- many of which I have done several times per year. Each new class introduced was researched heavily and has been an exciting and unique learning opportunity .

• Working mostly during Covid, I had the opportunity to provide advice, menus and training for several bars and restaurants in New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, Massachusetts, and Maine.

• Comprehensive Carpentry & Renovation: Executed frame-to-finish carpentry for residential additions and renovations, including framing, roofing, siding, flooring, trim, and cabinetry installation, adhering to blueprints and building codes.
• Project Coordination & Efficiency: Contributed to the timely completion of concurrent renovation projects by collaborating with tradespeople (e.g., plumbers, electricians) to coordinate work and proactively resolve on-site challenges.
• Blueprint Interpretation & Quality: Proficiently interpreted blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate project execution and maintained high-quality standards throughout all phases of construction.

• Worked in a group leadership capacity in an outdoor boarding environment designed to aid and council at risk 12-18 year old boys with history of drug use, violence, and legal issues on a 350+ acre campus.
• The team coordination of building and maintaining the campsites in tandem with a group therapy aspect encouraged healthy relationship building along with anger management and mitigation of irrational and self-destructive choices in a year-long program.
