• Mountain Lake Club is a 75 acre property in Shannondale WV. The original lodge burned down in 2003 and had laid dormant for 20 years until purchased in 2020 by the current owners. I was hired to spruce up the beach for public use, build out the on-site restaurant and bar, wedding venue, music venue and axe throwing stations.

• We would provide what we called “way finding” for large government “new construction” projects. We would build the entire signage package for the new building based on the initial floor plans.
• We would then work close with the client to see the project through from the ground up to move in by clients.
