I started cleaning calf pens and feeding calves. From there I moved up to milking cows and learning more about the proper care for animals.

I learned the operation and basic maintenance of all hay equipment including mowing, raking and baling hay. The last 4 years I have been operating skid steer, cleaning cow manure out of the free stall barns along with moving cows and feeding cows. I also run the shaving spreader on the skidsteer to bed the cows twice a week to maintain cleanliness.

I also operate a cat 908 wheel loader while feeding hay and moving shavings inside the barn.
