I am a recent Psychology graduate with a strong foundational understanding of mental health and human behavior. My personal experience with mental health challenges has not only strengthened my resilience but also fueled a deep desire to help others find their path to well-being. Through these experiences, I’ve developed a compassionate and empathetic approach, rooted in both academic knowledge and lived understanding.
"Work should be a way to make money, and should be kept separate from the life you want to live". This is the advice I've been given, but it's not the advice I'll use. The work I do is surrounded by an abundance of purpose and in doing so brings light into my life. My purpose with a job is to spread joy and help anyone I can. Working with Intellectually Disabled Individuals is my present and future plan. This is what I wake up for in the morning and what I look forward to in the coming days. I welcome new insights and everchanging work in this field.
