I am currently a Pet Stylist at Petco - part time. Mornings on Wednesday - 12-8 Saturday and Sunday. I will be attending a continued education course for EMT Certification Tuesday-Thursday. I’m looking for 3, 8 hour shifts in the kitchen. I have little to no experience in an industrial kitchen but I am a natural leader, and quick learner. I cook often at home and right now am looking to further educate myself and get hands on with nutrition, and cooking so I believe this job could be great as I am motivated to work, cook, and do so in a consistent sustainable manner.

At Biarritz I alone waited 10 tables, while running food, pre bussing tables and making drinks. I here also managed inventory, and got the chance to work closely with the people of crown heights and service.

• Taking my 3 years of experience grooming pets to a vet clinic was not easy, but it was not alien to me - as every position I’ve held it was based around interactions with clients - these clients particular about their pets! Difficult situations entail explaining accidents, mishaps or nicks etc can leave some pet owners frantic. I keep calm in chaos, navigating these situations while satisfying clients. While being the only pet groomer - maintaining inventory, sharpening my own tools and multi tasking the care of multiple pets at one time ensuring consistent outcomes. Keeping up with NYC DOH standards.

• At Smoke & Barrel I maintained inventory behind bar - while washing glasses, taking orders, refilling ice wells re-stocking fridges and kegs and soda guns. I also served here, got experience with commercial dishwashers and of course customer service with drunk people!
