• Responsible for general upkeep and operating knowledge of all running systems and functionalities (hot tubs, boiler rooms, heat/water issues, appliance repair, electrical duties, fire alarm panels, parking violations, and maintaining/fixing public walkways/spaces) for 14 condominium buildings throughout 3 villages at Copper Mountain
• Schedule and meet with contractors and assist them with crucial knowledge regarding repairs and/or installation of new or old operating systems
• Assist in snow removal during the winter (shoveling, Ventrac blowers, plowing, skidsteer) and landscaping in the summer (mowing, weed wacking, pest removal, gardening)
• Assist homeowners associations/guests/employees with identifying maintenance requests and providing the most efficient solution, with an emphasis on urgency and prioritization

• Patrol Copper Mountain Property and its grounds on a frequent basis to ensure all areas are secure and free of unauthorized persons and to detect and report unsafe conditions
• Respond to any law enforcement/fire/medical incident that occurs within the Village
• Monitor Copper Mountain Fire Department pager and respond to incidents within the boundary of Copper Mountain
• Be vigilant in loss prevention by monitoring the area and documenting any needed actions in assisting with this
• Be available on Copper Mountain Resort radio and cell phone during scheduled hours
• Investigate and document vandalism or theft of Village, and Copper Mountain property and report to the Sheriff's Department
