I am a High school graduate, with 9 months baking/pastry school. I have had some experience in my area of career choice mostly making desserts for my family, friends, and sometimes teachers while also focusing on keeping a clean area and cleaning as i go throughout the day. A majority of my experience has been in making rolls,cake/cupcakes, cookies, and bread all from scratch. Various classroom and retail experience selling product created in the classroom.
