    Using training practices and methodologies from Gracie Survival Tactics, the Department of Criminal Justice training instructor program for DT, and asp, I assisted in creating and application of the Boone County Sheriff's Department defense tactics training classes. The Sheriff's department has three to four department training blocks throughout the year. For each block, we train 25 to 30 groups of deputies, not counting SROs. Also, writing syllabuses and class objectives from each block of training, to include specific roll call training blocks such as handcuffing techniques.
