Matthew Franceschi

I work hard, am motivated, and quick to learn. I am friendly with others and get along with people well.

• Cross Country (6th and 9th grade) - Motivated others to keep up and try their hardest by playing songs on runs with speaker and words. I trained 3 days a week running anywhere from 2-4 miles each time which in turn got me from 49th to 11th place when it ended through motivation and dedication.
• Bingham Baseball (7th grade) - Started off bad but as the season progressed I improved. We finished off in 3rd place and got two trophies per person, however I got an extra one because I was the most improved player on the team.
• Early Light Academy (9th grade) - I got multiple awards throughout my time at ELA; however, the most impactful one was the "Rising Phoenix award." Only one person gets this every year out of the 100 or so people in that grade for being kind and outgoing to each and every person.

• Rising Phoenix award - I was awarded this for being the most outgoing and kindest person at ELA last year in 9th grade. Only one person in each grade is given this each year. This was awarded by the executive director and junior high principle at ELA.
• Leadership award - I was given this by being outgoing in class and showing leadership to my peers and classmates at ELA. This was awarded by the junior high principle and my advisory (homeroom) teacher.
