Each day is a personal goal to exceed expectations. Through strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a high level of detail to standards, I've worked my way to being a direct supervisor of over 40 associates and a Safety leader of over 400 associates.

My responsibilities consists of the following,

• Trained and guided team members to maintain high productivity and performance.
• Handled problematic customers and clients to assist lower-level employees and maintain excellent customer service.
• Tracked employee attendance and punctuality, addressing repeat problems quickly to prevent long-term habits.
• Boosted team member productivity by enhancing performance monitoring and instituting motivational approaches.
• Maintained cleanliness and organization of all workspace environments, working closely with employees to systemize tasks.
• Lead the Center Store in merchandising the sales floor, communicating with dozens of 3rd party vendors on a weekly basis, strategically planning weeks ahead to ensure impactful displays.
