• Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to the specific needs of various departments and job roles.
• Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling sessions, booking venues, and arranging necessary equipment and materials.
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to organize, deliver, and track training programs and participant progress.

Large multi-agency Emergency Communications Center serving over 6500 square miles of Southern Nevada. Receiving over 750,000 calls annually, the agency serves 2 million residents, 47 million visitors, and is home to the World Famous Las Vegas Strip

• Operational supervision of 9-14 dispatchers and call-takers per shift.
• Monitor and maintain operational efficiency by evaluating services using performance metrics and daily workload analytics
• Point of contact for fire chief's, vendors, and technical staff regarding operational issues and concerns
• Southern Nevada Area Communications Council Board member and Strategic Planning Committee Member.
