Hello,
Just to give you a brief description of me. I have been in the construction field most of my life. My grand father started developing and building in 1954. He has showed me every aspect of building since I was a young man. He would have me work with all his sub contractors for two years to learn everything about building and developing land.
Later in life I started a roofing, siding , and gutter business. I had a partner with me in this business. After four years of doing this. Also after turning this business into a multi million dollar company. I sold out my partnership, and started back up without a partner this time.
After two years of starting my new business doing the same thing. Again I was able to make that company a multi million dollar company as well.
I have recently stepped down from this business so that I can start a new career with a company looking for someone that actually cares about the company they work for. A person that actually knows how much they can hurt or help a company. Someone that knows every penny counts.
I want to work for a company that will appreciate someone that has been on both sides. I know what it's like to work a job, then go home and forget about it. But I also know what it means to work a job and never stop thinking about what needs done the next day, or that week, or even that month. To be thinking about the next steps. The what if's. Always thinking ten steps ahead to be prepared for the worst.
This is what I always do. Think and plan for the best and worse case scenario's.
