Matthew King

At Ocean Township Highschool I was apart of the baseball team and led our school to two division titles, and was voted team captain my senior year by my coaches and fellow teammates. I am currently in my third year of college, currently at Montclair State University. In my first two years of college I attended Rutgers University-Newark. Throughout the past three years I have as well played baseball at the collegiate level for both universities. Furthermore I learned to utilize teamwork and leadership to drive team success, achieve goals, and track record of maintaining focus and adaptability in fast-paced environments. Some more skills I have learned throughout my life are strong focus on team collaboration, operational efficiency, and achieving measurable outcomes. Adapt to strategic planning, process improvement, and fostering culture of accountability and excellence. About my background, I was born in Neptune, New Jersey, but grew up primarily in Ocean Township. Living on the "Jersey Shore" I have learned to develop a understanding of the towns and the communities within them. Interacting with people from every type of background has helped me develop an ability to interact with people different from me and with different backgrounds.
