After serving 8 years within the Narcotics/ Vice Division, I was transferred/ promoted back to the Patrol Bureau and assigned to District 7 Crime Reduction Unit. The Crime Reduction Unit (CRU) works in a plain clothes capacity and has the responsibilities include but are not limited to the investigation and enforcement of all laws within the City and County of Honolulu, State of Hawaii.
