Field Sales & Marketing Manager

Recovery Centers of America
09.2023 - 03.2024
  • At RCA I was responsible to revise and create new collateral, managed local website and produce content for social outlets. I ran various types of email campaigns at the regional level. I was responsible to host RCA Academy events monthly on site. RCA Academy is a Free CEU platform that created new business relationships. Each training had to follow certain guidelines under NBCC or NADAC. I also produced and executed qrtly events to bring in new referral partners and to have a presence in the community. I assisted with B to B accounts and client coordination. I hosted all tours at the site and was the point of contact for all referral partners to give them updates on all referrals and answer any questions they may have. I ran multiple reports to display our current census and broke it into categories (In network or out of network). I also tacked all referrals coming in and going out to identify preferred providers.

Director of Community Outreach

CTRLCare Behavioral Health
10.2022 - 04.2023
  • CTRLCare is an adolescent and young adult primary mental health facility. Offering intensive outpatient services for ages between 10-17 & 18-26. I am responsible to strategically outsource to the surrounding community to build trustworthy relationships. Upon hire I identified all potential account opportunities in the surrounding community within excel. Excel was formatted to contain all vital information on every account as well as color coordination to break it down into categories. This includes for example - School systems, Private practices(Therapy & Psych), and Pediatricians. As a relationship starts to form I complete presentations on my program explaining everything from clinical to admissions to insurance. Along with presentations I also conduct tours of my facility. Giving whomever of importance a walk through of our clinical center while introducing them to my staff. This responsibility helps solidify relationships so we can be even more trusted with our clients. I have to have complete knowledge of the business inside and out to speak to what we have to offer. After a formal presentation/meeting is complete I have to keep every account warm with follow ups and check ins. The purpose of my job is to generate call volume and admissions from organic sources. I am very active on social media platforms promoting our company to continue to highlight certain aspects of our program and what sets us apart from other competitors. Since joining this company I have created a mainline of communication to major school districts, privately owned therapy offices, and added 7+ admission opportunities(per month) and really grounded us as a resource to the Princeton population. Along with being the point of contact for community accounts I also manage business to business accounts that are also in Behavioral Health. The same responsibilities apply to this aspect as I am the only point of contact for all outside sources. As we grow I will be hiring another outreach coordinator to carry out what relationships I have formed. Therefore I can focus on new CTRLCare locations and begin strategic business planning much like I did for this site.

Outreach Coordinator

Victory Bay Recovery Center
09.2021 - 08.2022
  • Collaborating with outside businesses to promote the great clinical, operational and overall care our company has to offer. While doing so I performed one on one meetings, presentations and digital presentations. I would conduct tours to outside businesses that want to come in and see the internal operations of the company and do so in the utmost professional manner. After hours availability was a necessity for purposes like, a current client would need to be referred to an outside business if we are not the proper level of care at that time. I handled all referring out as well as being the only point of contact for outside businesses. I saw everything through while being in total HIPPA compliance. Capturing data and analyzing what marketing techniques are being successful. Situational planning and being aware of my audience and how to address them in a way we could be a viable resource to them to use our services. Take part in community events to be a pillar in the community and spread awareness. Plan marketing events for other business professionals to take part in and collaborate.

Admissions Manager

Victory Bay Recovery Center
10.2020 - 09.2021
  • Oversee the entire process of the admissions department. Victory Bay offers SUD (Non-Housing or Housing) and MH IOP. I review all incoming clients to make sure that we can work with the insurance, and this is an appropriate LOC for that person. I track month to month referral numbers via excel that is formulated to pull total numbers. I communicate directly with other facilities to coordinate referrals to a high LOC or lateral referrals to the same LOC. I am familiar with many facilities due to this job description. I work closely with clinical and medical to make sure our team is all on the same page. I am flexible to deal with every situation regarding clients admitting. I do a lot of footwork to make sure clients feel comfortable when they are in our care and develop a relationship.

Admissions Coordinator

Victory Bay Recovery Center
01.2020 - 10.2020
  • Review incoming clients. Verifying insurance, screening clients, coordinating what house that client will reside in. Answer admissions calls during business hours and after hours. Collaborate with Outreach for refer outs when a client relapses in our care. Continue to follow up on any pending leads.

Alumni Coordinator

Victory Bay Recovery Center
01.2019 - 01.2020
  • Keeping clients engaged after treatment was my goal. I scheduled monthly meetings/events and ran a Facebook page for our former clients. I also coordinated a quarterly coin out dinner for clients completing our care. They received a nice ceremony along with a coin and a North Face Alumni jacket. If I client were to AMA, I would contact that individual and try to diffuse the situation to keep them in our care. I was the point of contact for Alumni members if they needed some help regarding treatment.

Peer Recovery Specialist

Victory Bay Recovery Center
01.2018 - 01.2019
  • Managing a residence with men in early sobriety. Housing is a vital piece at Victory Bay, and it starts with the PRS’s. I was with the client’s majority of the time and continuously helping them navigate life in early sobriety. Relapses unfortunately happen and my main goal was to make sure that individual made it into treatment. I was responsible to drive a company vehicle with clients to AA, NA meetings and to the clinical building.
