  • I am working on the conceptualization, design, and release of multiple assembly groups for air brakes, hydraulic brakes, and fuel/DEF system routing.
  • Recently trained on Scrum and Agile methods under a new directive from the Traton group for the future OnePDP structure.
  • I recently started as a part time Scrum Master under the Chassis Installation: eMobility VCT.
  • Currently, I am leading a group to complete chassis routings for the new International HV refresh, containing a revolutionary S13/T14 powertrain.

  • Providing quick solutions to issues when parts are unavailable due to shortages, through engineering workarounds such as substitutions, deviations, or sales order revisions.
  • Participating in design reviews, vehicle architecture reviews, root cause analysis meetings, and cross-functional DFMEA/DRBFM reviews.
  • Assisting new hires with training and transitioning into the DRE role.
  • Created Auros Assessment Controls (AC) with each engineering release to verify that all knowledge packets (KPACs) meet route and clip standards during design work.
  • Working with the CAE team for FEA on new or revised designs.
  • I participated in product benchmarking at the Vehicle Research Center at Lisle World Headquarters, and I attended a ride-and-drive event as a trained mentor at Navistar Proving Grounds in New Carlisle, IN.
