In my role as district partner, I monitor store conditions and develop strategies to help areas of focus across the business. I have a strong role in presenting ideas, focuses and updates via email communication, store visits, and weekly conference calls. The presentation and execution standards of the district are a direct reflection of my role and responsibilities as a partner.

*Walk and advise stores on merchandising directives and CAO analysis

In my role as Director of Grocery Operations, I was responsible for the merchandising standards and P/L results for Total grocery department team. I was actively involved in the strategic pricing and category management of several sub grocery departments, and was the category merchant for Pet and Bulk foods. I was involved in total departments inventory, P/L planning and reviews, ad meetings, and store walks for all stores in the chain. I attended food shows and engaged in direct buying into warehouse. I was actively involved in the layouts, set maintenance, schematic reviews and resets of all total grocery categories.
