Throughout the years, I have held multiple Leadership roles in one form, or another, with every company I have ever worked for. I have managed teams with as few as five, to as many as thirty-five. Many cases, leading the building in all aspects of the job, including: Safety with the most hours worked, with no loss time accidents. Productivity: The most units per hour/per cap-ta. Quality: Lead the building with record breaking/setting, errors vs.picks. Frugality: Getting as much done as possible, with little to no over head.

Knowledgeable ICQA with solid background in process support and improvement. Successfully contributed to streamlining operations and enhancing workflow efficiencies. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.

Since becoming a Process Assistant in the CAP Department, I have led three different teams to first place. In both Quality and Productivity. I have instilled in my team, that the accuracy of your work shall take precedence over productivity, resulting in the team being now #1 in building on rates and quality!! I am very proud of my team!!
