- As a Team Lead, I supervised 4 separate elementary schools and their-after school program, consisting of 25+ staff members and approximately 400 children

- After compiling a list of what products we carried that could perfect the water, I would go through with them step by step the process of when, where, and how they could add the products in order to achieve customer satisfaction
- I also earned commission on products that could enhance their pool chemistry even further in terms of the appearance and feel to the water, retrieved all products from the warehouse and stocked my area, assisted customers with any other needs they might have, then any other duties deemed necessary by my supervisor.

- My duties as a stocking team associate include unloading the truck and separating items by department, taking the pallets of product to their specific areas and then stocking the freight onto the shelf in the correct placement

- At times I was also asked to scan the back area for any overstock that would now be able to go out onto the floor, place the items onto a cart, and then place the product onto the shelf to ensure that overstock was kept to a minimum and that ordering would be kept to a minimum.
