  • Monterey Service Trip, Volunteer, applied and selected to participate in 6 day faith and social justice/humanitarian effort at an immigration center in Monterrey, Mexico, cooked, served and dined with the migrant community living there, played sports and games with the residents of the shelter, embraced and listened to the horrific stories of the migrants’ journeys, distributed clothes and toys to the families living in the poorest area code in Monterrey, visited a young adult orphanage, a place that has become home for lifelong abandoned children, Summer 2022, 8 hrs/day; 14 days
  • Safety Around Water (SAW), traveled to underprivileged communities around Dallas to teach parents and kids safety around water including apartment complexes, community pools and any area where there was a need for water safety, 10th, 6 hrs/ 3 days
