  • Worked with iModules, an online email marketing and event management tool, to send newsletters to prospective student-athletes and alumni, and organize and manage campus visit days for prospective student-athletes
  • Organized and orchestrated a junior visit day during which 18 high school juniors visited our campus and attended our baseball games
  • Managed student interns who help with recruiting efforts, office work and field maintenance; and one who helped recruit Dominos Pizza to sponsor one of our doubleheaders with free food, games for children, and raffle prizes
  • Raised money (nearly $90,000 in three years) for an annual spring break trip and other baseball-related expenses by supervising football game concessions; marketing, organizing and managing well-run baseball camps, clinics and leagues; assisting Wartburg’s development office with fundraising solicitations to baseball alumni, parents and friends of the college; and assisting the head coach with t-shirt sales
