I was a subcontractor doing commerical work. I mainly did schools k-12, colleges, or any building that needed HVAC added or renovated. I estimated and did the bids on the plan and spec jobs. I was also on my jobs working on my tools with my employees making sure the job was done correctly and on time. I did sheet metal welding on grease and dishwasher duct and also did some pipe fitting/soldering.

• I started out as a sheet metal mechanic worked my way up to job foreman then to being a project manager where I was in charge of multiple jobs
• Inspected finished work for accuracy, correcting defects before field installation.
• Completed specialized welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and spot welding for superior product durability.
• Put in new commercial ceiling diffusers, wall-mounted diffusers and other system devices.
• Repaired existing sheet metal assemblies to restore appearance and functionality.
• Collaborated with team members on large-scale projects, completing tasks within deadlines and budget constraints.
• Coordinated HVAC project schedules, aligning crews, materials, and customer expectations for smooth installation and service delivery.

• Interpreted blueprints and shop drawings to fabricate precise HVAC ductwork and sheet metal components.
• Measured, cut, and formed sheet metal using shears, brakes, and rollers for installation readiness.

• Assembled custom metal parts with attention to alignment, fit, and seam integrity.

I did residential installs in new construction and did some change outs

• Installed heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems using blueprints, hand tools, and power tools.
• Measured, cut, and fitted ductwork for proper airflow and system alignment.
• Connected refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, and control components to complete system setups.

• Installed heating, cooling, and ventilation systems following blueprints, code requirements, and manufacturer specifications.

• Coordinated with other trades on-site to ensure smooth workflow during multi-disciplinary projects involving plumbing, electrical work or construction tasks alongside HVAC installations.
