I am familiar with the AIA draw request submittals and bid process and have been involved in the status reporting and approval process. I know the importance of site selection and how vital a Market Cannibalization Analysis can be to determining the site's viability. Therefore, given the parameters, I can prepare one. Also, I can calculate the economic differences in a Purchase versus Lease scenario.
