In this position, I made contact with clients who had expressed interest in our product, which was life and health insurance for veterans, union members, and their families. I helped walk them through the policy outlines and helped them find policies that best met their needs.

• Greeting guests and guiding them through the museum exhibits, providing them with a friendly but also educational experience
• Managed to increase the broader appeal of the museum to varied clientele by advertising seasonal ghost tours for October. More than half a dozen such tours were given, and thereby brought additional revenue to the museum.
• Cross-cultural communication (including speaking to guests in their native language) is one of the key duties of the job
• Creating and maintaining customer records and provided patron feedback to the Operations Manager and Executive Director
• Resolving patron complaints and concerns to maximize user experience
• Assist in developing education and entertaining outreach programs for patrons of all ages
