Purple Heart, Army Commendation Medal w/ Valor Device,

Wounded in Combat while on my 3 tour in Afghanistan in 2010.  I was on a dismounted patrol when an IED exploded and left myself and many others wounded.  I was able to gain my composure and call in a MEDEVAC request for my wounded and KIA.  I loaded my casualties on the MEDEVAC Helo and lead my squad back to basecamp providing cover fire and using my knowledge of tactics to get everyone back safe.
