- Collaborated with other counselors in order to maximize all of our program planning, working particularly close with my co-counselor.
- I regularly addressed personal concerns in regards to my campers, which required that I speak with their guardian's in order to plan our best approach of crisis prevention.
- Exercised my creativity in order to maximize my camper's experience with little resources.
- Conducted assessments of my campers and then collaborated with my superiors as to how to supervise each camper as necessary.
- Allocated my time towards each camper in a deliberate manner in order to address the campers who required more assistance while ensuring I did not neglect any other campers.
- Communicated with the parents, as well as future clients, in regards to the day-to-day of camp and the specifics of what my group accomplished.
- Adopted responsibilities outside of those explicitly given to me in order to boost the overall camp experience.
