I belong to a great group, only non profit that is sanctioned by the Air Force to help families go through the boot camp process while their loved one is away. It is a very hard and trying time especially since there is limited communication. My role is to connect the parents to their loved ones group designated by graduation date. It is a great way ,to meet others and realize what the feel is normal. We answer questions and keep them informed of what their trainee is doing week to week.
