IT TECHNICIAN I APPLICANT A Versatile IT Professional with more than five years’ experience troubleshooting desktop and Network connectivity issues, diagnosing technical problems and determining proper solutions. Ability to Install and troubleshoot computer-related peripheral devices, establish, and maintain strong/positive working relationships with customers and staff. Ensure all desktop problems are documented and followed up for resolution. Generate reports and maintain confidential files. Provide high quality Help Desk and onsite Tier 1 End-user support.
