Throughout my career at Comcast I have shown hard work and Dedication that allowed me to earn trust from my coworkers and all the supervisors I have worked for.

• As an installation tech, I would fill in for my supervisor and lead in their absences to assure the day to day activities of the department would not be impacted in their absence.
• As a network tech, I demonstrated high integrity and quality work that made me a highly dependable tech. Because I was able to demonstrate my qualities and abilities, I was given many projects and advanced duties in the department.
• I was also given the opportunity to fill in for my supervisors on several occasions.

I have been fortunate to work under many great leaders allowing me to study and gain valuable leadership skills through out my career at Comcast.

• With these experiences, It allowed me to customize my own method to be a leader that has allowed me to have great success.
• I have led 2 network teams and delivered great results.
