• The restaurant was a journey into the history of Maurizio Farinelli's delightful dishes for over 30 years in gastronomy and sharing them with the city of Miami to which he belongs.

• I have been working for more than 26 years with Maurizio Farinelli and I have nothing but to thank him for everything we have done together. He always put his trust in me with my years of experience and responsibility in my work and for all the achievements we have made together and turned them into such successful restaurants remembered by the entire Miami community.
