I thrive in collaborative working, leveraging strong teamwork and leadership skills to achieve shared goals. Additionally I have years of experience in planning and executing programs, enabling me to tackle complex challenges with creativity and precision. My background in childcare showcases my passion for supporting others, empathy, and patients as well as my organizational abilities and strong decision-making skills contribute to efficient project management and problem solving.
I’ve had the opportunity to lead the Kindy Cove and Kids Club programs, as well as our Summer Fossil Camp. In these roles, I’ve worked closely with staff and volunteers, training new members and guiding them through their responsibilities. Throughout my experience, I’ve encountered conflicts with both staff and participants, and I’ve learned how to handle these situations with patience and understanding, ensuring everything runs smoothly. I believe that clear communication and showing compassion have been key to making these programs successful and enjoyable for everyone involved. As well as JYAT experience, Driving certification, Civic Rec, and program and event planning.
