At my first job at Journeys Shoes, I was chosen to be the person in charge of inventory, as I keep a very organized and cleanly space. I maintained the entire back-of-house, unpacking the shipments myself and ensuring everything was in its place.
At Starbucks, I was widely recognized as a fast, motivated, and reliable worker. These traits led me to getting promoted to Shift Supervisor, where I continued to provide leadership based in empathy, care, and communication.
I am driven, team-oriented, collaboration-oriented, and work well in fast-paced environments.
I was a shift super visor at my Rochester location in Michigan, and continued this at my Portland and Westbrook locations in Maine.
In this position, I held all the responsibilities I did as a barista, with the added layer of directing the shift. This included:

•Deescalation when necessary with both customers and employees
