  • Prescreen assigned mail, review documents and route them to the correct program type such as CHAMPVA, Spina Bifida, CHAMPVA Foreign, FMP, EEV, and CITI. I also route claims to reopen, CSC, HCR, PMD, and EEV . Prepare documents to be scanned I remove staples, copy front and backsides of the documents. print out bar codes for the documents that need to be scanned. Route any claims that have CHAMPVA EOB to CSC or PMD. Any checks that I get I take the to them to the work station, fill out my production log at the end of my shift, fill out mail log when signing out mail. I also help with EEV mail intake, I bubble applications, and other documents for individuals who are applying for benefits. I also took a EEV training class.
