- Pushed shopping carts inside either with hand or with the machine, until the parking lot had been completely emptied, regardless of weather or closing time.
- Worked with my team to make a plan for the day and complete our goal of clearing the parking lot, keeping the entrances cleaned, keeping handicapped carts inside and charged, etc.
- Worked with customers to help answer their questions, find what items they needed, assist them with getting shopping carts, and find them help.
- Completed item returns and learned most of the store so I could place the items where they needed to be.
- Used cart machinery and learned how to repair the cart pusher.
- Assisted in loading material onto the pusher, making sure it was secure before pushing it forward.
- Communicated regularly with other team members regarding progress made on tasks assigned throughout shift.
