Ever since I was sixteen years old and acquired my first job on a golf course, I figured that it would be a field that I would want to stick with in the long run. I've been in the cart barn, in the pro shop, and eventually out onto the golf course to maintain the grass and systems in place. Now as I've gotten older and learned that I can pursue this career at a higher level, I've applied myself in school and on the course to ensure an opportunity at success. Not only am I involved on the course as a worker, but also as a competitor, being a high school golfer, and scholarship awarded college golfer. My experience now consists of working on courses in Oklahoma, Texas, South Carolina, and Montana. Nearly covering most conditions and grasses, the last place I wish to learn at is in the desert. Working for two public courses in Texas and then working up to two very classy private clubs in Secession Golf Club and Yellowstone Club, I wish to find a great desert club to learn all there is with what it takes to take care of and manage a desert golf course.
