• Lead and develop all soccer operations areas, including direct oversight of player acquisition, medical and performance, analytics, scouting and recruitment, player care, and soccer operations.

• Serve as an ambassador on behalf of the Club in the soccer community.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Team President.

• Oversaw all facets of team operations, including logistics, budgeting, and coordination of resources.
• Managed the team's financial aspects, including budget preparation, expense monitoring, and allocation of funds for travel, accommodations, and other necessities.
• Coordinated contractual agreements for athletes, ensuring compliance with CBA regulations and managing payroll, insurance, and relocation expenses.
• Acted as a central point of contact for coaching and medical staff, providing support and resources within the allocated budget to ensure the team's optimal performance.
• Maintained regular communication with key stakeholders, including the WNT Head Coach, Managing Director of Administration, and senior management, providing updates on team activities and addressing any concerns.
• Handled all matters pertaining to the WNT Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), collaborating with the USWNT Players Association and managing player releases as necessary.
• Facilitated international matches by liaising with foreign Federations, Embassies, and Consulates, securing visas, and ensuring compliance with FIFA regulations.
• Managed the deployment of team staff during camps, overseeing all support staff in camp and out of camp.
• Negotiated and managed charter flight contracts to facilitate team travel.
• Conducted site surveys for future venues to ensure they met the USWNT standards
• Directed logistical planning and compliance efforts for major tournaments, including the FIFA Women's World Cup, Summer Olympic Games, and CONCACAF Regional Tournaments, in collaboration with relevant governing bodies.

• Managed all aspects of team operations and logistics such as team travel, hotels, meals, security, and training sites
• Managed all aspects of delegation preparation, logistical planning and compliance for the FIFA Youth World Cups and CONCACAF Regional Tournaments
• Onboarded and managed the deployment of network and full-time team staff in camp including but not limited to Equipment Manager, Athletic Trainers, Security Officers, and Assistant Technical Staff
• Interfaced with Youth National Team Head Coaches and Programming Directors to best execute domestic and international training camps
