I started working at the Valley Forge Casino Resort for a fresh start. As much as I enjoyed the food industry, I wanted to be able to expand my experiences and decided to try something new. I started at the front desk with zero experience. Now almost half a year later, I can confidently train new Managers, Supervisors, and Agents. During my first month, I made sure to be on top of learning all about our property, company, and my departments system as well.
