· Provide in-person and virtual sex education and sex therapy services to individuals and couples of diverse genders, sexualities, and social backgrounds

· Supervise doctoral and post-doctoral level trainees in their clinical development

· Prepared a course syllabus adhering to the UW School of Social Work and CSWE curriculum requirements.

· Taught weekly courses including theoretical and practical application content.

· Constructed learning opportunities including formal written assignments, field-based skills training, and feedback-driven grading.

· Supervise students in community settings with the inclusion of consultation, feedback, and skills training.

· Maintain regular contact with practicum supervisors to monitor student performance/competencies.

· Identify and secured new field placement opportunities and relationships for the School of Social Work.

· Developed and implemented a clinical case conceptualization model for patients using empirically supported risk, protective, and desistance factors.

· Pioneered LGBTQ+ and gender affirming services and policies through direct patient care, interdisciplinary work groups, and staff development initiatives

· Provided case management and clinical supervision for BSW & MSW interns.

· Co-developed the student intern onboarding, education, and supervision policy and procedures.

· Initiated and implemented Feedback-Informed Treatment & Supervision for clinical staff and interns.

· Provided Motivational Interviewing training and ongoing coaching for staff and interns.

· Provided RNR-adherent sex offender treatment groups and individual treatment opportunities for patients with elevated PCL-R and average to above-average IQ scores.

· Adapted existing treatment modalities to fit the needs of patients with major mental illness, cognitive deficits, and learning disabilities.
