• Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve conflicts among students, encouraging positive behavior and relationships.
• Pastoral Care: Support students in their personal development, helping them manage homesickness, stress, and any personal issues.
• Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians regarding students’ progress, well-being, and any issues that arise.
