  • High volume and lively sports bar that is regular based but also a constant rotation on seats. Thirty Six beers on tap with a lot of local beers to the area that vary widely across flavor and body. A large menu and cocktail list that I became knowledgeable of and a master at. Became very comfortable with the process of deescalation between patrons while maintaining being professional and having a positive attitude. Developed strong relationships with all the staff and patrons. Considered a master trainer in the bar.

  • Roche Harbor is a historical tourist destination beloved by many in the Pacific Northwest. Many generations of families cherish this place and come every summer. I spent 3 consecutive seasons bartending there so I was able to make many connections with the regular clientele. Among providing full dining service to my bar section, I was also responsible for all of the drinks served in the dining room where we did an estimated 300-400 covers per night.
