I am privileged to serve as both Vice President (VP) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Paraiba Investigations.

Paraiba Investigations is a company comprised of background investigators that undergo a vetting process conducted by US governmental entities to determine and grant a top secret clearance required to conduct background investigations on behalf of the United States.

I am privileged to serve as both a member of the board and as a contract background investigator. I currently hold a top secret clearance required by our client, the US Government.

I participate and oversee the following:

• Conduct internal audits to ensure we are following both internal and external requirements as set forth by guidelines, policies and law.
• Oversee and maintain our operational budget.
• Managed crisis situations effectively while minimizing disruption to operations.
• Enhanced company performance by implementing strategic plans and overseeing daily operations.
• Maintain constant communication with our stakeholders to seek to improve our product and our internal practices.

I am privileged to serve as the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MB&B Gemological Services.

I am responsible for all daily operations which includes conducting testing in our laboratory to identify various gemstones and diamonds, determine and identify treatment methods and to make a determination if the submitted stones are natural or synthetic.

MB&B Gemological Services also has a department dedicated to retail sales to the public. This department offers rare, natural, colored stones and diamonds to the public.

During my employment with the United States Border Patrol, I served in the following capacities.

Throughout my employment with the US Border Patrol, I progressed through the ranks beginning from Border Patrol Agent, Senior Patrol Agent, Supervisory Patrol Agent and achieving the rank of Field Operations Supervisor.

Upon promoting to the management level, I was tasked with many administrative responsibilities to include requesting and monitoring a budget of millions of dollars to be able to meet the expectations of our clients, the citizens of the United States of America.

• Conducted Counter Narcotics training to members of foreign governments
• Selected and served as a Company Commander (Drill Instructor)
• Served as a counter-narcotics boarding team member throughout the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean
• The most significant narcotics seizure I was involved in resulted in the seizure of 9,660 pounds of marijuana and 24 kilograms of cocaine destined for the shores of the United States.
• Participated in Migrant Detection and Interdiction patrols in both the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea.
• While conducting these operations I have been involved in the interdiction and repatriation of several thousand migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Dominican Republic, and China
