  • Led the team to achieving highest weekly NPS score in the district including also the highest number of customer service surveys(27) in the whole district for my site on my second week on the position(55 to a 98).
  • Collaborated with team of 50 in the development of opening 8 new sites throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. I was responsible for training new hires including the other site leads.
  • Our Amazon Hub counter was the first one in New Jersey in which opening I was more than happy to be involved with.
