The Lord's were very dear to me. I was a nanny for three children (a one year old girl, and two four year old twin boys). I was a full time nanny for two years with them. Here is a list of some of the things I did as a Nanny

• Provided developmentally appropriate activities for children
• Supervised children engaged in physical activity, learning and social skills with peers
• Established and maintained safe play environment for children
• Assisted with light housekeeping duties as well as running errands
• Supported children in daily activities, including playing, meals and snacks, hygiene and socialization
• Traveled with families to care for children, allowing parents to share private time while giving children fun adventures in diverse environments
• Managed household staff while parents were away

In high school I assisted at my church in the bible school watching over children. I worked every week on Sunday mornings and Friday evenings for a little more then a year.

• Prepared healthy foods and beverages for children based on optimal dietary guidelines and individual restrictions
• Enforced rules and managed behavior through developmentally appropriate discipline
• Engaged with children individually to encourage physical activity and academic curiosity
• Monitored entrances and exits to maintain safety and organized environments
• Supervised circle time, free play, outside play and bible story activities
