A residential support specialist works to plan, design and carry out recreational programs, events and life skills activities for it's residents also includes:

• Motivate and encourage residents with sever and persistent mental illnesses.
• Plan, design, develop, coordinate and facilitate a variety of individual and group activities.
• Provide one on one support to assist residents in complying with community treatment orders and facility rules and procedures: assist in activities of daily living.

K-12 Substitute Teacher

• Delivered engaging and effective lessons to students across various grade levels, following provided lesson plans and curriculum guidelines.
• Managed classroom behavior and ensured a positive, productive learning environment.

As a Residential Associate On Call duties include:

• Supported adults with severe and persistent mental illness in developing life skills and engaging in therapeutic interventions.
• Assisted with daily living tasks, including housekeeping, meal preparation, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Participated in crisis de-escalation training, learning physical intervention techniques and managing high-risk situations safely.
